I have started writing up in the corner of recipes that I print out how many egg yolks or egg whites are in a recipe Ex. “3 egg yolks” so that I can find recipes to use up egg yolks or egg whites when I have them left over.

I made the Boston Cream Poke Cake and it is beyond delicious. I have to freeze this in portions because my husband can’t stop eating it. Friends who aren’t on Keto want this recipe .. best dessert bar none.

Thanks for all these wonderful recipes. I was wondering if you could freeze the leftover egg whites or yolks as I may not want to make two recipes at the same time

You’re right. It’s always so disappointing to think I’m not going to use the yolks or vice-versa. What a great list of recipes. They look delicious. Thanks for putting them all together in one place. I’m bookmarking this page as my future go-to page for using those yolks/whites.
